Development Process
 Dec.17th,1999,Anhui
Xuri optical Disk co.LTD,was founded and started its business
which filled the vacuum of Disk Replication and manu facturing
industry in Anhui province.We have made great and drawned up
a series regulations saying "management regulations reform,
strategy of personnel mechanism" which optimized the management
and broke the inflexible personnd mechanism.We got the ISO9001
issued by Gemany TUV company:quality system certification published
in2000,and high-technology enterprise certification issued by
high-technology bureau,which provided the products and quality
with reliable warrant.By then,we have nearly 100 workers and
have 4 lines(7 heads)laser store Disk and branch depulication
and facilities,accordingly.We can produce such variety of products
as CD,CD—ROM,VCD,DVD,diversified methods of prints are,silk-screen,offset
point,are adapted,
No scale,no development.We conceives the second project facing
seriously competition within this industry.After frequent market
survey and precise evidence,we applied the Ministry of National
Dress in the early of progress in past 3 years through hard
work.Distinguished jobs are becoming and better as the day passing.
At the beginning,we had small staff and only one Gemany KM
production line authorized by the former ministry of National
press.When it started business,the former Ministry of National
Press, electronic,vedio-audio Press Bureas committee of Anhui
province and Anhui government visited to celebrate and guid
jobs.We came into normal process of production in a very short
time and achieved good social response and economic benefit.
Enterprise's existence bases on development,thanks the concerted
efforts of the leaders of Administration of Anhui News press
bureau and the leaders of the firm.So we introduced 3 CD/DVD
duplication production times and 1 mother production line agreed
by the headquater of News press on 9 1st 2000.It made the 1st
project unveiled. The programme of the 1st Disk production line
is,at last, put into production with tight in schedule in 2001.Three
Disk production lines totally gone up and a new and high standard
building, including factories and offices, was completed,The
firm oriented a large-scaled development road.
The firm has been getting consideration and supports from
leaders of all works of life since it was founded.Wang Taihua,the
secretary of Anhui province with his attendants visited the
firm and held a meeting with leaders of Press Bureau on press
issues on Dec 31st,2001.On July 10.2002,Xu Yongzhan,the deputy
minister of National Press visited us and claimed that Anhui
Xuri Disk CO.LTD had a large potential to develop. We continue
to provide good service for the society by depending on scientific
management good quality in order to live up to the leader's
expectation.Therefore,we earried out a series of reforms 3,2003.
On April 2.2003.The ministry granted to introduce 4 production
lines of double CD/DVD interchange digital stored deplication
and facilities accordingly.We will produce 80 million disks
per year when the project is to be completed and produce CD
and CD-ROM. Look back the achievement made in the past,we are
proud of that, but not self-satisfied. |
